बाबासाहेबांचे लेखन खूप विपूल आणि प्रचंड आहे. त्यांचे लेखन हे बहुतांश इंग्रजीत आणि काही मराठीतही आहे. महाराष्ट्र शासनाने बाबासाहेबांच्या भाषण व लेखनाचे एकूण 22 खंड (इंग्रजीत व काही मराठीत) प्रकाशित केले आहे तर मल्याळम भाषेत बाबासाहेबांच्या साहित्याचे ४० खंडावर प्रकाशीत झाली आहे.
